1. I want to create a custom report for the patient ledger. The procedures are broken down into the different providers and then add up the procedure fees at the end. I have tried using fyiReporting RDL but that did not support byte arrays so I could not display certain fields. If anybody has a suggestion or has created one yet I would love to see it.

2. I am trying to print off an HP Laserjet 2100TN but the 4 sides are cut off. Does anybody know the solution to this? maybe shrink the 2006 form by 1 or 2 percent?

2. That shouldn't be a problem as long as the data isn't getting cut off. Nobody cares about the background.
