Everything I print, except the perio chart is going to the default printer. We have a laser printer and a color ink jet printer, after changing all setting to point to goto the colo ink jet printer it still goes to the laser.

Same thing with printing to PDF, it goes to the laser. How do u fix this? Anyone with the same problem?

The printer settings are specific for each workstations. Have you changed the settings at each location?

If that doesn't fix it, what version are you using?

Yes, I've done that at all workstations that require printing, mainly the front office. I'm using 5.5.11. Called support, and they said it's a bug, but this was never a problem before.

I just verified that it does do that for the TP, and that will be fixed immediately. But I wasn't aware of any other area of the program where it was doing that. Can you give me a specific example of "everything"? Statements? Prescriptions? Daily appointments? Is it prompting you first according to you selection in the Printer setup window? It works for me, so the next step is to try to duplicate it using a specific sequence.

The TP always printing to default printer was just fixed and released for version 5.5.12.

You beat me to the post. I ran all different printing modes and looks like it is the printing of the TP. Thanks.
