Family Relationships Location in Database

I'm trying to write a query to determine which patients do not have a parent listed in their family. However, I can't locate the family relationships in the database--that is, the database equivalent of the "Family Relationships" box in the Patient Information window. Does this information exist in the database, and if so, where? Thanks.
