I just spent an hour with my wife (office manager) debugging our daysheet. We had a duplicate payment entry in the report that didn't exist in the account and totals that don't jibe with the numbers in the column. I thought that maybe the receptionists may have changed an entry while the report was running but the audit trail doesn't support that theory. I am running a recent (< 4 weeks old) version. Is there a known bug or behavior that can cause a mangled production and income report?

What version are you on?
If you are past version 15.1.21 then I can't think of any bugs that have been reported.
Which report are you using (Annual, Monthly, or Daily)?

In addition to adearmondsattler's questions, was the duplicated payment a patient payment or an insurance payment?
