appt won't "finish and send" to eCW

Hello,

We are having two different situations recently:
1) Double clicking the appointment to open and see the completed procedures/treatment plan does not offer the option to "Finish and send" to eCW. (It is greyed out)

2) Appointments that have been marked "Finish and Send" to eCW are not showing up in the procedure codes in eCW.

I wonder if this is related to doing work off-site via a remote, and having more than one appointment scheduled in some instances, although this is not always the case.

Does anyone have experience with a problem like this?

Hey Shelley,

First problem sounds like either the Finish and Send was already used for that appointment, or you are trying to use the wrong appointment to Finish and Send. If you launched Open Dental from an older or future appointment in eCW, that is the appointment Open Dental is expecting the procedures to bridge across. Try closing Open Dental, going to today's schedule and opening Open Dental again.

If procedures are not showing in eCW, this could be a sign that your interface is down.
