Has anyone ever considering implementing Previser?

PreViser is an evidence-based online risk prediction system for common oral diseases, specifically periodontitis, caries and oral cancer. They have a web-based survey that provides analysis, but they also have a web-service interface.

I was wondering if anyone ever considered an enhancement to use either Previsor or something similar.

And just to be clear, the intent is to ask certain questions, provide the answers to Previser, and to receive a score with treatment recommendations based on proven metrics.
