Setup in Nepal

How do I setup the software for the volunteer clinic in Kathmandu?
I live in Australia and have setup a clinic in Nepal which I will visit 2 to 3 times a year.
I am hoping that the Open Dental software will provide basic charting and storage of treatment provided.
