A couple of times this week I received an "Unhandled exception has occurred..." "Unable to convert MySQL date/time value to System.Date Time"
Today it happened when I attached a procedure to today's appt and tried to click OK.
The other day it happened when I was using the Recall Wizard.
What does it mean?

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

It means that there is a DateTime value stored within your database that C# cannot understand. Most commonly it happens when a value of "0000-00-00 00:00:00" is in the cell which is a completely valid date to MySQL but an invalid date to C#. We have fix as part of our database maintenance that converts a vast majority of them to "0001-01-01". You might run that and see if it helps. However, you might want to update Open Dental or any plugins that you are using that might be inserting these anomalies otherwise this error will just keep happening.

If I'm wrong with my assumption, you can always give us a call or send us a copy of your db and we can investigate further. I highly recommend updating first because that often times fixes most issues people have when calling in.
