1) One of the columns is labelled Sched. What is it & how do I make it go away? It ruins the total production figures on the report. (I don't understand the explanation in the manual).
2) Running the monthly production report completely disables every other workstation in the office. No one can do anything until that report finishes several minutes later. Is this normal behavior? Is my server (i3 SSD 8g) too wimpy?

1- Scheduled production is just that. Procedures that are attached to appointments that are not set complete (the appointments are not complete). To get 'rid of it', you should set your appointments complete when you finish treatment. This workflow is very important and has many consequences if ignored. 2- The production report shouldn't disable your office. Even if you are running a monthly report. How long is it taking to generate that query?
