Problem opening pdf's since upgrade to 13.2.27

Since I upgraded to 13.2.27 two days ago, I am having trouble opening pdf's. Can't open them or preview them from the Image module. And sometimes, can't open them from outside OD when OD is running. When OD is closed no problem opening as many pdf's as I want.

Are you using Adobe v.11 by chance?
Are you getting any unhandled exceptions?

Yes & Yes
Got a couple of unhandled exceptions in OD.
The error I am getting when I try to open a pdf is:
"Fatal Error - Acrobat failed to connect to a DDE server"

Found a fix:
In Adobe Reader XI (probably also in X), the option Enable Protected Mode at startup is located in Edit > Preferences >Security (Enhanced). It seems that in my case it was necessary to untick Enable Enhanced Security to get rid of the error message "Fatal Error: Acrobat failed to connect to DDE Server."
I can now preview, and/or open, pdf's in the Image Module again.
