User interface and report configuration

I'm new to OD. I run school-based sealant programs across our state. I would like to switch over to OD as our main data management system. I'm looking for a company or a contractor to:
1) develop the user interface and
2) develop customized reports
I have seen the Public Health Facility Reporting and that does not meet our needs.
