Any chance you can add a field to the BP vital signs for logging heart rate too? I know it is not a requirement of EHR but without a field to put it we need to double enter the BP and heart rate in the progress notes.

Bad news. We've been done revamping the vital signs window for a while and don't have time to swing back and add that field. Once we're EHR 2014 certified, adding that field would require us to re-certify that section of the program which is not cheap to do. I'm pretty sure we can squeeze it in if we ever have to change something that requires us to re-certify or worst case scenario we can add it when we program for the EHR 2017 edition (that year does not mean it will take that long just so you know).
