Add order in the Kiosk of the imported web forms

I noticed that I cannot change (add) order number for the forms imported from web portal.
The form gets imported, but when I try to assign the number to it by doubleclicking on it, it allows me to add the number, but does not allow it to exit by clicking OK. I cannot click OK without seeing a dialogue box "signature is required". All of the forms I am using require signatures. How do I add them to kiosk for the new patient to sign with the sequence number assigned to them?
This is opposite to a behavior of the newly created forms. Those get an assignment automatically.
