Open Dental Forum

I got one computer that would work as a server, and 3 computers that would be placed in each room to handle open dental. The server is Windows 8. Other 3 computers are Windows 7. How should I connect these computers ?

Should this connection be peer-to-peer connection , using a netgear home router ?

Is there any old thread in which this topic has been already discussed ?
