EOB View from insurance check screen

We always scan EOB's and link them to checks by clicking "view" on the check entry screen, then "import". Now we can't retrieve any of them when we go back to the "view" button. We get an error message "file not found". Anyone know where these files are stored or have any insight into why this is broken? I've already tried database maintenance and rebooting the software and rebooting the pc.

EOB files are stored in your A to Z Images folder. Sounds like someone changed the path to an incorrect OpenDentImages folder or forgot to copy the old folder location to the new folder location if you migrated servers.
