are implant codes 6057 and 6058 not associated with tooth numbers?

i use codes 6057 and 6058 for the implant abutment and crown but there is no tooth number assocated with the code? is this correct? the implant is assocated with a tooth but not the 6057 or 6058 codes

For newer users who might not know where to change tooth procedure treatment areas:
To associate procedures with tooth numbers, Lists > Procedure Codes > double click on the desired code > Change Treatment Area to Tooth.

We have tooth numbers associated with those codes.
Do you have the "Is Prosthesis" box checked in the code description? I think this is necessary for C&B, RPDs, etc

for some reason it was listed under never used codes and under mouth instead of tooth? did you change these yourself...I dont ever remember changing these codes

By default they weren't associated with tooth numbers, but should have been. It is easy to change. Follow Jason's instructions.
