Appointment Search Button

Make an appointmet, add procedure. Appointment goes to Pinbard. Click on on the Search button but no results show up in the "Search For Opening" fields. Any ideas how to fix it ?

Double check which Search Behavior you are using: http://opendental.com/manual/modulesetup.html
Also make sure you are using the Before and After times correctly because they act like an AND. Example: Before 10 am AND After 2 pm will yield nothing because there is no such time that is both before 10 am and after 2 pm.
If all else fails, call in to support and we can dig deeper to see what's really going on.
