How do I change the text on a treatment plan permanently. I want to add the line that this is an estimate only and the guardian is responsible if the insurance does not pay. Then they can sign it. As of now I have to double click and add this line.

Go to Setup/Modules and then click the tab "Treat' Plan". From there you can permanently change your treatment plan wording.
