I am setting up the supply inventory section in Open Dental and will be using this in a couple of offices on a trial basis. My question is when an office creates the order is there anyway that this can be emailed directly to me without printing to a CutePDF printer (or similar) and then attaching this to an email?

Not that I'm aware of. I do know there was a feature request out there for submitting orders directly to the supplier via fax. Might add a comment to that and request email. Otherwise the workaround you are doing is the best way I can think of how to accomplish the goal.

I am starting from gound zero on putting in the supply inventory. is there anyway to import data to complete this task quicker? I will eventually need to do this for 13 offices and would like to find a better way to input the inventory data to maximize my time. thanks
