What is the "capture" button?

I just noticed it on the images module, and when I click on it a nice little error pops up. What is this button and how does it work?

To my knowledge, it's a button specifically meant to capture images from Suni sensors. You probably don't have a Suni sensor and thus get the error message. I believe I saw a task to document this button better on our web site's "todo" list.
