Can I edit the columns on the progres notes? I'd like to hide the amount column and re-organize the order of them.

Yes, pick the show tab in the chart module (it's on the upper right corner). Then click on ADD to add whatever chart view you would like. You can have several views and assign an F# to each one so you can switch from one view to the other with just one keystroke.
