Hi

We have a practice letterhead that patients want their statement to be printed on so that it looks for official for the insurance / company claims. However we are unable to print it due to the pdf statement.The text goes right on top of the logo.
Can anyone help ? Is there a way that we can change the formatting of the OD statement? maybe just to shift it down by 1 inch?

This is a popular subject. There isn't a way to do this currently. You should consider putting votes towards feature request #5.

1. First create your letter head in jpeg. If its in word/pdf convert it in jpeg image to import in to the sheet... (If you have any software then its fine or google it)

2 Create new sheet - PatientLetter type - once you have done that insert static image in it. Browse your letterhead image in it.. and then you should be able to put any field on it.. This is it... No brainer.

sbgcd, that works for a patient letter but not for account statements which is what starastar originally asked for. Currently the account statement is not in the sheets framework.
