How would I add a comment such as you may pay by visa and mastercard on every statement without typing it in everytime?

When you create statements, there are two areas to add messages. One is in the upper left, called "Dunning Messages". You can create a message in plain font, and also one is bold. The second area is at the bottom, on the right. This message will appear on all statements.
