Hi,

Can someone explain why a historic line item 2 recently got replaced by line item 3. What triggered the Date and the Writeoff to change automatically? This is in the Patient Account table in the Account Module. I'm still on version 7.9.17.

I'm not certain what you are saying here. Is this a 'before' image, or an 'after'? You're saying line 3 replaced line 2? Do you have an image of what this looks like now, if this is the 'before'?

The before image is line 1 and 2. This was the image of how it looked for the past few years.

The after image is line 1 and 3. This is what it looks like now.

It appears that on 8/16/2012 someone changed the write-off amount for that procedure. Can you go to the audit trail, and look on 8/16/12 to determine if the change was logged on that dated, and by whom?
