Open Dental Forum

We have four locations using one database for OD, we are on 12.0. When we moved to Payconnect, they were not able to keep their payments separate. Each location has its own bank account and would like to post payments to each location. When one of the other locations go to post a payment, they have to change the password every time. We have had to remove 3 of the locations away from Payconnect. Anyone have any suggestions how we can work around this issue? Thank you!

Tabby, I spoke with our programmers regarding this issue. There is currently no method of doing this in Open Dental. This type of functionality would need to be suggested in a feature request. From the Help menu in Open Dental, go to 'Request Features' and you can add it there.
