Appointment View Print Button does not work

In the appointment view, the top right side of the screen there is a picture of a printer. When I click the button, it will bring up the FormRpPrintPreview window, but there is no print selection. Once again, I am trying to print appointment views (top right corner printer). The version I am using is 5.2. Thanks in advance.
