Stable thus far.
We have updated to the latest and greatest in a production environment so we can anticipate problems for our clients of our software well in advance. Have there been bugs? Sure. Have any of them been show stoppers? No, not really, as OD Support staff is so on the ball and highly efficient/timely at resolving problems.
Our routine is:
1) Run Database maintenance tool
2) Backup OD (Manage > Backup)
3) Update

We are using it daily, of course. We haven't noticed any problems at all, but then again, we don't use some areas of the program that dental offices do.

Ok, one question. I know the scanning options were expanded in 12.2 but this has introduced an additional step/window in the scanning process. Does 12.3 address this at all? I liked how in 12.1 you'd click the icon for MultiPage scan and scanning would commence immediately. Now we have more control but that is not always needed.

Ouch. Just reread my post, and it's not quite clear.
I haven't encountered any bugs with 12.3.1 so far, the bugs I was referring to are the occasional I've encountered while running the latest beta versions of OD.
Sorry for the confusion.

I wasn't aware that there was an extra step. I thought you could set your options to not show the various windows if you wanted. Many of the options that we added were to let you not show windows. Which window is coming up for you that you don't want to see?

Sorry my bad. The appearance of the window can be toggled per workstation using SETTINGS>>IMAGING. Great work as usual.
