Is there away to add types of patient statuses? We are an ortho office and need to track our patients that are Recall patients meaning they are waiting for treatment. These patients may have multiple recall appointments and we only want to count the patient not the number of recall appts.

You might try billing types as long as you keep it simple. You might also try a custom patient field:

Those will show at the top of the ortho chart:

It sounds like you might want to run reports on that field?
