I had to run trixi on an old set of Dentrix files.
We no longer have the dentrix interface to use.
I am trying to figure out what the status's for appts mean.

Complete i assume is where a patient has checked out
Scheduled is where a person calls and makes and appt

Any idea what Unschedulist means?

Does Open Dent Track appts like broken or cancelled or rescheduled?
we are looking for an alternative

That would be Unscheduled list. We have a nearly identical Unschedule List.

We currently track broken appointments as adjustments in the account. Dentrix tracks them in a different way (I can see it in my head, but can't remember the name of that screen).

You'll find that we are a superior alternative to Dentrix.
