There is an exclamation mark in the little white box in the corner of the appt. What is this?

If it is red, that is indicating that an insurance claim needs to set-up for that appt. Once that claim has been sent it will be replaced with a solid thin black line indcating that this patient has insurance.

right...w/ a slight correction...actually it indicates a claim needs to be created for someone in the family, not only that appt.
