Tesia versus Emdeon

Post by abelaguilar »

Hello all:

Wondering what are the benefits of switching from emdeon to Tesia? I hear there is better integration with open dental.

I have been very happy with Emdeon and I think they have a very competitive rate. They could improve slightly on the reports they send back with regaurds to the processing of previous claims. Sometimes their electronic report is hard to follow.

There is slightly better feedback on claim status. Deeper integration with Tesia is still planned.
