When I go to the Kiosk Manager, I do not automatically see a list of forms under "Forms for Kiosk" as described in the manual. So this is what I normally do:

Select Patient | Forms | Add | Registration Form and Medical History | To Kiosk
Tools | Kiosk Manager

That's a long and convoluted way to get the kiosk forms to show. Am I missing something to make it easier? (ie. Select Patient | Tools | Kiosk Manager | Load Patient)

Also, is there any way to customize the default Kiosk window to be more colorful/friendly?

Yes, it's convoluted, but we'll improve it later. Customization of the appearance of the interface will also come later.
