Radiographic Recall

I would like to add a recall for taking periodic x-rays (ie:yearly) for implants and endo treated teeth.
Generally, these would be PA's.
How can I set this up without having all PA's for a patient triggering this recall?

The starting point would be to use a dummy code for that kind of PA to distinguish it from other PAs. Next, we need to add feature request 1280. I understand that 1280 is more important than the votes would imply because nobody understands where to find it. So 1280 would trigger the first PA after the actual implant or endo. And I think it would also generate subsequent PAs if the dummy PA was also a trigger.
