Task List - Stupid Open Dental Trick

My front desk peppers me throughout the day with pop-up tasks/emssages. This was mitigated when Jordan included a 'blocking' feature to the task list.
Then, I finally did what I should have done all along: I have the back office computer set to admin (this receives the pop-ups) and my clinical computer set to me as a user. Front desk sends the tasks to admin and I pick them up when I get a break. Voila. Stupid OD trick I should have done long ago.And, it's a lot more secure.If she really needs me, it's only twenty steps down the hall.
