Short of creating a popup, is there a way to warn the front if a bad debt patient tries to schedule an appointment?

Bill - I forgot what feature request it was, but I think this could be handled pretty easily if the patient name could be color coded. In this case, obviously "red". But I can see this being used for other statuses: when you're covering for another Dr. and you only see that patient once; shared patients (like alternating perio recall); frequently late,resceduled or broken appointment.

This was a great feature of my old PMS program and I miss it. It's fast and intuitive.

A staff member that worked in another office previously mentioned that in (I think it was) Eaglesoft, appointments could not be made by the front for a patient that was a 'bad debt'. That would be nice.
