Miscellaneous Setup.

If there are no objections I would like to add a "Billing" group in the Miscellaneous Setup screen to put all the billing related widgets.

as long as we have room....we may have to make a second screen and specialize some things listed as misc. now. I have added a couple of groups in there since 5.0 and before and soon we will run out of space!

Just go ahead and add them. We can add tabs, scrollbars, trees, etc. We'll never really run out of room. We'll just have to get more organized as the number of options increases.
