future appt

Hello, we have a few doctors here that like to bring the patient back for a follow visit. The patient may come in for some treatment that the doctor would like to re-eval in 2 months. Is there a way to convey this to the front desk so that they know when to schedule the appt? We can treatment plan for a consult visit but then the front desk tries to schedule them as soon as possible not realizing that we want to bring them back after the two months. I am sure there must be an easy way to do this, but I am too tiered and or lazy to figure it out.
