Open Dental Forum

This has probably been covered. I am still in a trial version of Open Dental. I am planning on moving to open dental the first week of July. I was playing around with the procedure notes and was wondering why it allows a note to be edited after the procedure is completed. Does OD keep a history of changes for a procedure note for legal purposes?

Check the audit box. Yes, it keeps the history.
