SRP Quadrant isn't added to ins claim

When we create an insurance claim for SRP the quadrant doesn't seem to be added to the claim. We've been manually adding it to the claim notes since some of our insurance companies want to know what quadrants were done. Anything I'm missing? Thanks.

We definitely do add quadrant to the claim. See:

It's still a mystery why they're being rejected.

Well, I guess I should have looked at the documentation. It's just an insurance company error. I'm pretty sure they do that on purpose...
