I am need of a couple reports for our office. We have been live for 3 days now and things are going great. If anyone can help or point in the right direction on where to find them it would be appreciated.

1. Production by procedure type (i.e. diagnostic, restorative, endo, etc.) by day.

2. Adjustments by type (i.e. insurance w/o's, misc. adjustments, etc.) by day.

3. Production by provider per day.

4. Payment by payment type per day.

I just added #45, which Nathan Sparks wrote. That's a fun one isn't it? It should handle your request #1.

As for the others:
2. Keep in mind that our "writeoffs" are currently distinct and separate from our "adjustments". You will find those on two separate reports.
3. We usually suggest a separate P&I report for each provider.
4. The deposit slip will be where you track your incoming checks. The Accounting section can handle your cashboxes. There is also a payment report, but it doesn't subtotal by payment type.
