We scan x-rays with a photo scanner at 300dpi. When I use the crop tool in the image module, I think I'm loosing resolution from the original - when I zoom in the image is not as sharp as uncroped one.

Anything I'm doing wrong or is it the way it's supposed to be? I'm usint ver 3.53

same as your last post about brightness/contrast....it was totally reworked to fix that if you upgrade to the latest version.
