Are there letters in Open Dental already configured to send to past due patients? We have several that the phone numbers are no longer good and emails come back so we would like to send a letter to jog their memory to call us.

We never had time to include any canned letters. One we build import/export for sheets, it will become easier for users to share letters as well as for us to post canned letters.
