Is it possible to change the "Bad Debt" billing type to be written in seen in red?
It sure would be appreciated.

I'm surprised nobody has asked for this sooner. A planned feature has always been to allow colors for billing types. Is there a particular window or area of the program where you are especially intersted in seeing this?

For starters.......
Billing Type window in Patient Info screen and Patint Info Chart screen.

Where else does this appear?

We will probably be adding billing type to Account module very soon since it is obviously related to billing.

We use pop-ups to alert us about these accounts.

I'd actually prefer a 'razzy' sound or maybe a 'klaxon horn' when these accounts were accessed.
