The Calendar Month shows Sunday to Saturday, and then the week view shows Monday to Sunday. Is there a setting to change the Appointment Module week view to start instead of end on Sunday?

I'd like to bump this old post up. It's very annoying that the calendar runs Sun to Sat, but the week view runs Mon to Sun. Is there any way to change the week to start on Sun?

A feature request has been submitted and approved for this, but I can not comment on if/when this might be implemented.
