In the insurance plan definition window you can enter the age limit for fluoride to whatever age the plan says, but when I do that, it automatically enters a limit for the code for adult fluoride (1204). Shouldn't it be a limit in the age for child fluoride (1203)? The plans we see here usually limit child fluoride to age 18 or 19, and usuallly don't cover adult fluoride. The few plans that do cover 1204 don't place any limits on the age for that procedure.

Yes, you are correct. D1203. I checked the code, and it does treat the age limitation as a maximum allowable age rather than the other way around. If older than the age entered, the procedure will not be covered. I'll put it down as a bug for 6.8. Then an automatic conversion as part of the upgrade will convert everyone's 1204's to 1203's, and the benefit window will also behave that way. Thanks.
