In other software programs we have frequently relied on being able to see when an appointment was originally scheduled by a patient...Unfortunately, sometimes we use this feature to decipher how long ago it was made for more aggressive confirmation purposes, and sometimes, for when a patient says they never made an appointment!! Is this available somewhere in OpenDental?? If not is it on a feature request already?? Thanks

if you bring up the audit trail you can trace it down. I know this has been discussed before as putting it in an location very visible, but for now, just click the audit trail on the appt edit window and you can see when it was originally created.
