Outstanding Claims Report

How do you run an outstanding claims report on 3.18.2? I ran a report for 90 days and the only claims that came up were predeterminations from 2001. I know I have many unpaid claims from the past 30 days. How come none of it shows up?
Do I have to do something else?

If you run a report for 90 days, you are indicating that the claims would have to be 90 days old before they would show up on the list. Use less days, like 15.

And get on a newer version.
