Insurance claims showing outstanding on report

When I run my outstanding claims report I have 4 claims on the report that we have received payment for. I have checked to see if they are all marked received and they are.
Any reason why these claims are showing up on this report???

What version?

Confirm that not only payment has been recieved, but that the claim is recieved, with a date and satus indicating such. Sometimes I see people enter payments and then click cancel on the claim, so then the claim procedures are recieved but the claim is still 'sent' status. Otherwise we would need to see the database, I would update versions first.

I think you need a newer version.

Have you tried running the Database Maintenance?
