I am in Delhi, India.
I am using version 4.5.37.0 and cannot use the weekly view in appointments.
Please advice me on upgrade to version 5 and how to troubleshoot the weekly view.

There was no such thing as weekly view in 4.5. Yes, you need to email service@open-dent.com to obtain an update code.
