Can anyone direct me to a report of 9 month recalls?
What I want is a list of patients that are three months late for their recall appointment. I can't seem to get the List / Recall to work. The only thing I get when I change the dates there are the patients due in today. What am I missing here?
Or do I have to write a query for the Recall Table?

I think that if you changed the days past due to 90 you may be able to get the report.

In the Setup:Recall window you can change the Recall List default view, Days past (usually blank) = 90.

Then run the standard recall report with the start date from more than 3 months ago say 1 year ago as the start date. I think that this would show just the people who are over 3+ months over due but not any over 1 year over due.

You should be able to go into the recall list and you put in the date range 3 months in the past and then you have to push Refresh. Did that help?
